Attorneys Colin Greene and Sergio Rodriguez head the family law and immigration practices at the law firm of Russakow / Greene & Tan.
Mr. Greene has practiced law in the state of California since his admission to the State Bar in 1993 and has helped thousands of clients in family law and immigration matters, including litigation before the United States District Courts in California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is currently a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association Immigration Section and the Pasadena Bar Association Family Law Section.
Mr. Rodriguez is an attorney who was drafted in 1998 by one of the "big five" consulting and accounting firms. He provided advice and representation for multinational corporate clients in the areas of taxation, corporate and commercial law. He came to California in 1999 to further his education in the area of business law and obtained a Master in Business Administration in 2000. Mr. Rodriguez is a partner at RRJ Law and for the last decade has acquired significant experience in many different fields including business litigation, family law, and immigration law. He continues to provide legal services in the areas of family law and immigration for Russakow / Greene & Tan as the head of our Ontario office.
