ATTORNEY PROFILES

Angela Y. Shin earned her law degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. While in law school, Ms. Shin was a finalist in the Scott Moot Court competition. She also held externships at the Western Law Center for Disability Rights and the California Department of Justice in the Torts and Condemnation Section. Prior to law school, Ms. Shin earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she participated in the Honors Program. Ms. Shin previously represented financial institutions, equipment lessors and other corporate commercial clients in matters involving creditor’s rights and commercial and business litigation, including secured transactions, U.C.C., and equipment leasing disputes. Ms. Shin currently practices in the areas of civil litigation, business litigation, and probate litigation. Ms. Shin is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court, Central District.
